General information about courier services
The domestic shipping fee is independent of the number of items ordered, their category and weight. The shipping cost is added only once for each order. The amount of the fee depends on the choice of supplier and the method of payment for the placed order. A handling fee related to accounting services and additional costs of the service provider is added to cash on delivery shipments.
The courier is obliged to deliver the parcel to the recipient's premises between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on working days. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, the courier will leave a notice and make another attempt to deliver the parcel the next business day.

All large international shipments are priced individually. A customer service employee will contact you after registering your order.
If you use your own courier services, please select 'Collection in showroom' when placing the order. When the shipment is ready for collection, we will inform you by e-mail and by phone via SMS.

If for some reason you really care about the delivery time, you can prepare an express option, also delivered on Saturdays, for an additional fee.

If you have an active customer account, you can combine active orders and pay for them with one transfer when you finish shopping. The shipping cost is added only once, regardless of the number of items purchased. You will find the list of payments in the customer panel by clicking the My Luxury button
